En foto y al centro Henry Ter\u00e1n, presidente de PRABIA y Beatriz Carri\u00f3n, directora ejecutiva de PRABIA, acompa\u00f1ados de los estudiantes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Acerca de PRABIA<\/p>\n<p>Fundada en 1995, la Puerto Rico Agricultural Biotechnology Industry Association, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s, PRABIA, es una organizaci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro que re\u00fane a las empresas de biotecnolog\u00eda agr\u00edcola que operan en Puerto Rico \u2013 AgReliant Genetics, Bayer, Dow AgroSciences, Syngenta, Illinois Crop Improvement, Monsanto del Caribe y DuPont Pioneer. La Asociaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo fortalecer el ecosistema de biotecnolog\u00eda agr\u00edcola en la Isla a la luz de los retos de producci\u00f3n global de alimentos.
